..All the leaves are brown...well, not really but Autumn is here :)



I was just checking the last time I actually wrote a blog...it's been a while :)  I have had a very busy summer and quite frankly, as much as I have wanted to stay on top of my writing....Opie has taken priority.   Romance is much more interesting *and satisfying* than pounding on a keyboard.  Had I tried to write anything I would have produced little more than romantic dribble about how absolutely mad I am about Opie.  I did that last time I blogged and to spare you all, I don't want to make a habit of it :) 

Now the season is FINALLY turning into Autumn; the days *and nights* are cooling down, darkness arrives before 8pm, my 10 year old is ready for bed almost immediately after dinner, LIFE IS GOOD!  I'm ready to settle in and be re-introduced to my creative self.  I have been working very slowly on my painting series - pop art portraits of my offspring.  Time to finish that up and move onto something fresh.  Very interested in designing clothes with my youngest and oldest children.  I'm on the hunt for a good dress form I can afford.  Plans to transform my home into a  santuary of art, music, peace, and calm.  I need a place that inspires me to dream.  Looking forward to sharing along the way......
